The role of the Sales Representative is to expand the sales of our products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
In this role, the Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate our products to our customers. They will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, they will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
In this search, we will be looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

Experience in quality-based sales as opposed to price-based sales.
*
Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback.
*
Experience in product sales to a highly educated/high profile customer base.
*
A current method of effectively targeting accounts and achieving results through a daily action plan.
*
Documented sales performance placing you in the top 15% among peers.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Bachelor's degree.
* At least three years selling experience.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on geography.
